The project “Incubation and Support of Social Economics in the Radom Subregion – 2” implemented by MOWES (FFW) aims to increase integration and social exclusion by creating jobs in newly established and existing social enterprises (PS). In order to ensure that the objective is achieved, a number of actions are planned in the project, i.e.: — local animation, including local self-government, NGOs, labour market institutions and local entrepreneurs, including the creation of local initiatives to support and promote ES. — job creation in new FVCs and already existing FVCs (including grants and professional business support). — creation and incubation of new PES, as well as professionalisation of existing PES, through the provision of school services.-dor. (including support in starting a business activity or statutory activity for consideration). The above-mentioned actions are planned on the basis of the needs associated with people at risk of marginalisation, including their difficulties and barriers. As part of the project, at least 43 new jobs for the above-mentioned people, support (including employment and reintegration support) will receive at least 129 people at risk of poverty or community, min. 21 local communities will implement a joint initiative to support ES, and at least 17 groups of initiatives will develop assumptions for the creation of PES. We will encourage at least 10 local NGOs to take up a fee or business activity, supporting them in this professional advice and services. Physicists and legal (compliant to quantification requirements) who wish to set up new PS or create jobs, local Pesy, JST, PUP (cooperation with territorially competent PUPs in granting grants for job creation in the ES sector), OPS, ODR, members of the community of poverty or outturn, as well as companies and business organisations will be invited to join the project activities.
