Main objective of the project: raising students’ key competences and universal skills needed in the labour market and developing an individual approach to the student, especially with special educational needs. The project will cover children from SP No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Płońsk, for whom the leading body is the Municipality of Płońsk (818dz. and 760 chł.). It will be complemented by support for 33 teachers (32K/1M) – upgrading qualifications, as well as equipping schools with modern theme workshops. and teaching aids, ICT equipment. The project addresses support to gifted students, students with difficulty in mastering the school program and students with special needs of education, including disabilities. The support aimed at teaching and retrofitting the teaching base of schools is aimed at introducing the effect of a permanent change in the quality and effectiveness of teaching activities carried out in schools. All types of support and qualitative and quantitative assumptions were based on the diagnosis approved by the leading body – GMP No. 1, 2, 3, 4. The project’s tasks will enable education in children 3 comp. key: foreign language skills, mathematical and natural skills, ICT and 4 skills: creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship and teamwork skills in the context of the working environment. The project involves the implementation of developing classes, equalisation classes, interest circles, workshops, laboratories, educational trips, therapy for children with special needs, improving skills and competences including teachers, supplementing schools with textbooks, teaching aids, ICT tools and specialised equipment for working with pupils with special needs. The project will include support for pupils and teachers regardless of gender, race or poch.ethnic, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation.The purchased retrofit will serve the shape of a sense of equality and teach a non-stereotypical perception of the roles of K.i M. in society.
