The need to develop key competences (KK) underpins lifelong learning (from preschool to retirement age). Permanent learning is a combination of knowledge, skills and attitudes.The KK are those that all people need for employment, self-realisation and personal development, social integration, and to be an active citizen.They play a particularly important role in everyone’s life, both in the process of learning, social activity and professional participation. 270 pupils[U]in 2 schools:SP Siedlin,SP Lisewo.The main aim of the project is to increase to VI.2019 KK level and the attitudes and skills necessary on the labour market among others 80 % of pupils in the above schools by improving the quality and broadening the educational offer of the above-mentioned schools.
