The aim of the project is to increase the level of key competences and universal skills needed on the market by 211 learners. Primary School (SP) in Mszczonów through participation in additional activities using modern natural sciences and mathematics studios, ICT and vocational training 14 teach and the development of individual approach to pupils through participation in complementary classes 15 students with special educational needs (SPE) – in the period up to 31.07.2020. Based on the diagnosis of the needs of glass, comprehensive support is planned: real. didact.-equals and developing talents, retrofitting of the math lab., Nature, implementation of perfecting activities based on the meth. experiment, retrofitting of schools with the help of teaching tools and ICT tools, implementation of masters in programming, organisation of educational trips, postgraduate studies and training for teaching. The project will contribute to the increase in children from small towns and rural areas of key comp. and um. universal necessary for the functioning of the dynamic labour market. Level of competence development and skills learner. monitored before classes, on the basis of project assumptions, curricula and lesson scenarios- specify. requirements in terms of learning outcomes (stock of knowledge, skills and competences of the community), which participants should achieve, which will allow you to adjust the content of the project to your needs. After completing the participation, you will check the level of results achieved, you will summarise the actions and compare the results. Conclusions and recommendations (report) will inform on the level of achievement of results. Decision to apply for funding. 1., 2., 3rd and 4th type of project was based on the conclusions of the diagnosis of the needs of glass resulting e.g. from analysis of external results, surveys. The project includes the implementation of various forms of developing talents and even classes. educational disparities using modern teaching methods, e.g. experiment and ICT.
