The main objective of the project is to increase the level of key competences and universal skills needed on the market by 70 pupils of the Primary School (SP) in Osuchów by participating in additional activities using modern natural sciences and mathematics studios, ICT and vocational training of 12 teachers – in the round 31.07.2020. Based on the diagnosis of the needs of the school, comprehensive support is planned: implementation of teaching-equilibrium classes, retrofitting of mathematics and natural science studios, execution of excellent classes based on the method of experimentation within the scope of interest circles, equipment of IT studios, implementation of classes perfected within the sphere of IT interests in the field of programming, organisation of educational trips, training for teaching. The project will contribute to the increase in rural children’s key competences and universal skills needed to operate on a dynamic labour market. Level of competence development and skills learner. monitored before classes, on the basis of project assumptions, curricula and lesson scenarios- specify. requirements in terms of learning outcomes (stock of knowledge, skills and competences of the community), which participants should achieve, which will allow you to adjust the content of the project to your needs. After completing the participation, you will check the level of results achieved, you will summarise the actions and compare the results. Conclusions and recommendations (report) will inform on the level of achievement of results. The decision to apply for funding for the 1st and 2nd and 3rd type of project was made on the basis of the conclusions from the diagnosis of the needs of the school. The project involves the implementation of various forms of developing talents and interests as well as classes that compensate for educational disparities using modern teaching methods, e.g. based on the experimental method and ICT.
