The project will be implemented for 540 students (81K,459M) 4 Radom vocational schools: Clothing Schools and Services (ZSOSiU), Food and Hotel Schools (ZSSiH), Electronic Schools Team (ZSE), Technical Schools Team (ZST). The aim of the project is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of vocational training in 4 Radom vocational schools to meet the needs of the labour market and the challenges of the knowledge-based economy. The project plans to carry out internships and internships for 213 students (77K,136M) in 12 professions, execution of additional specialised activities in cooperation with entities from the socio-social environment – gosp. for 441 pupils (50K,391M) in 7 competitions, participation of 14 students (12K, 2M) in a scientific camp implemented in cooperation with a higher school in the profession of phototechnique and equipping 11 workshops/workshops. Prior to the preparation of the proposal, a diagnosis of school needs in the area of support was carried out, taking into account the inventory of existing equipment (including the EU) and was approved by the lead authority. The diagnosis also includes recommendations of institutions from the community-gosp of schools in the scope of the planned retrofitting of the workshop/workshops. The actions planned in the project take into account the needs of the local labour market in terms of the needs of employers for occupations and qualifications indicated, among others, in statistics and studies of the PUP and in the “Discovery of employers’ needs and expectations in the field of development of vocational education in Radom” developed by the team of the Institute of Operational Technology – State Research Institute in Radom. Within the framework of the project, each participating school will continue education in at least two directions where there is a demand for local/regional labour market. At least one of these directions will take into account at least one of the region’s intelligent specialisations.
