The main objective of the Project is to increase the employability of 489 (121K/368M) by IV 2022 from 543 (134K/409M) to teach. 2 vocational schools in Radom: Economic Schools Team, Electronic Schools Team through participation in internships, professional advice, classes shaping key competences and universal skills necessary on the labour market and 348 (189K/159M) from 386 (210K/176M) teach. 4 Radom primary schools Nos 4, 15, 31 and 34 through participation in vocational advice, as well as increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of education by retrofitting 6 employees reflecting the natural working conditions and increasing competences or qualifications of professions. 16(15K/1M) of 19 (18K/1M) n-li. MR DOC: 543 (134/409) pupils and 11 (10K/1M) teachers of 2 Radom vocational schools and 386 (210K/176M) pupils and 8 (8K) n-li primary schools in Radom. ZAD.: 1. Apprenticeships for high school students; 2. Comp. key and universal skills necessary in the labour market of pupils conducting vocational training; 3. Equipping schools with equipment and mat. teaching for vocational training; 4. Supporting the development of the n-li profession and practical training instructors; 5. Advisory services – educating teachers in vocational schools; 6. Professional advice.- N-le training in subst. schools; 7. Professional advice – creation of PIK and conducting classes in vocational schools; 8 Vocational Advice.- Establishment of Information and Career Points and Apologies in primary schools. The applicant declares that the measures taken in the field of development of vocational education will meet the needs of the labour market, taking into account the sectors identified as sectors with the highest development potential and/or strategic industries for the region, belonging to the region’s intelligent specialisations. The project activities take into account forecasts of labour market demand for specific professions and education in specific sectors (7 KD).
