The project consists of equipping the necessary research equipment a balancing machine, measuring machine of the R & D Department of ZPH Frezwid Sp.J. in order to carry out the research.The research will be directed towards innovative technologies and tool production strategy. An essential element in the company’s field of activity is the testing of rotary-symmetrical geometry of tool blades with repetitive accuracy of 1,5. Fully automated, non-contact and precise industrial measurement will determine the ideal quality control of blade geometry in the course of the research process. This will allow the development of innovative technologies that increase the utility properties of tools. Another direction will be to carry out industrial research involving new test batches of tools, including monolithic single-piral mandril mills. The aim of the project is to increase the innovativeness of Frezwid by increasing the investment in R & D activities, which will strengthen the position of the company in the market, establish new business contacts.The implementation of the project is in line with the Regional Strategy for Innovation of the Region of Małopolska, KIS 5.3 Innovative technologies and industrial processes.
