The aim of the project is to launch electronically the provision of public services for business (A2B) and citizens (A2C) and the implementation of new IT solutions that will serve the digitisation of administrative processes and procedures in the Slomniki Municipality. The project is local, as it will be implemented in one Slomniki Municipality, covering 2 types of project: A (dominant in terms of material and financial scope) and C. The implementation of the tasks is planned: 1-PAINATION OF Application Documentation (I quarter.2016, 1 department) – analyses (including business) prior to the development of the tech documentation were carried out. 2-URCHUCTION OF E-FIINANCIAL SERVICES (IV quarter.2016, 10 department.) – 1 teleinformat system (tax portal), modernised 1 ICT system, implemented 6 on-line services of 4th item of maturity, equipped with server room, will be launched. 3-UCULATION OF THE SYSTEM OF DOCUMENTS AND E-SERVICE IN ePUAP (I quarter.2017, 4 department.) – will be modernised 1 ICT system, implemented 10 on-line services of 3.point of maturity. 4-CHUCTION OF THE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM Mobile (III quarter.2017, 4 department.) – will be launched 1 teleinformat system (mobile communication system), implemented 1 on-line service about 4.poz.maturity, will be consulted tech, 5-URCHUMPING PUNKTURE of the confirmation of trusted profiles (II quarter 2017, 4 section) – will be adjusted the procedures of the above-mentioned. The implemented ICT systems and e-services will be innovative on the scale of the municipality and the region, designed solutions will be characterised by the highest technological level (according to the Annex to the proposal) specification of services and systems are energy efficient (particularly in the economic analysis).
