Shared Services Centre

The aim of the Centre will be to optimise and harmonise resources and systems of data collection, processing, processing, sharing and exchange of data used by local authorities, taking into account both municipal offices and their subordinate organizational units (e.g. DPS, schools, GOPS). The main objective of the CUW is to implement a common policy for subregional IT management, the opening and reuse of publ data. It will be implemented according to the model and on the basis of the experience of the city of T using a rail integrating basic self-government platforms. The CUW will ensure the effective storage and exchange of data between self-government institutions. ST. JOHN’S. The design of a modern local data processing centre is intended to provide access to integrated, modern technologies, remote systems enabling the fulfilment of statutory obligations. The experience gained as part of the reconstruction of IT systems in T. and other municipalities will be made available in the form of good practices. The construction of the CUW will dramatically improve the security of data processing. A single and coherent data processing system aims to significantly reduce maintenance costs of IT systems and facilitate application handling. CUW architecture, integration and sharing mechanisms, rules and validation creators, forms make the system a safe, open and effective use of intellectual and community potential and the latest information technologies, while the aim is to build a level of cooperation and exchange of experiences concerning smart cities between leading academic centres, local authorities and entrepreneurs. The message is to emphasise the interdisciplinary character of solutions supporting the creation and functioning of an intelligent subregion with e-services covering all spheres of publ life.
