E-services for spatial information in the Such County

The project “E-Services in Spatial Information in Suski District” aims to intervene in the field of digital promotion of the office of the District Starostwo in Suchej Beskidzka. In point. C.1.1, in the specific analysis (c. On the basis of the state of play and project assumptions, a selection of project activities has been made for: 1.Distribution of spatial information data Established (description in C.2.3 Zad. 3): — digitisation of operations and equivalent documents (cir. 20200 documents) in 21 geodesic regions, – loading digitised operations into databases, – digitisation of maps (Circ. 1200 sheets) in 20 frames, – map vector (Circ. 1100 sheets) in 20 frames. 2. Launch of 12 e-services addressed to 3 diagnosed audiences (A2A, A2B and A2C services). Running services (see description in Occi. 1 to the Agreement and C.2.3 Task. 4) will enable remote handling at different stages (7 level 5 services, 2 level 4 services, 3 level 3 services). 3. Improving the quality of EGiB database data in 6 registration areas, using the procedure available to the Beneficiary to modernise the EGiB database, regulated by Art. 24a of the Geodesy Law. The operation will be used to feed the existing EGiB database with up-to-date spatial information data. 4. Create a platform for electronic case forms using a system-independent web interface (viewer support), allowing you to send a completed form to the e-service operator responding, to receive guidance on possible errors, or to inform you that the case can be rund (details in OJ. 4.7 and 4.8). 5. The project involves optimising IT infrastructure through: — modernisation of IT equipment (servers and workstations of e-service operators) and implementation of uniform (except dedicated to digitisation) hardware platforms – improvement of communication with e-service recipients (single mailboxes,
