The project assumes that 34 buildings dedicated to health services will undergo comprehensive thermomodernisation (T). This will cover changes both in heating and ventilation systems, as well as in the structure of the building and in the systems providing hot water, a. The scope of Ti, as well as its technical and economic parameters, is determined through energy audits. The project will result in CO2 reduction and will include warming of external partitions, replacement of window and door carpentry, replacement and adjustment or adjustment of the abovementioned installations of CO. Design, construction and installation works Stage of the investment/project: The investment was divided into three stages. The first will include 9 buildings where T is necessary and the benefits of T will be greatest. The second stage will include 10 buildings for which T is necessary, while the third stage will be implemented by T 15 buildings for which it is recommended. Each stage will consist of 3 elements: I. Preparation of design documentation II. Investment works 1.Hotification of external walls: 2.Hot warming of full and ventilated ceiling. 3. Window and door carpentry: forging from the wall and dismantling old windows – inserting new PVC windows – forging from the wall and dismantling old doors – inserting new PVC doors – replacement of cellar windows – warming and sealing of the frame 4. Installation: — Replacement or repair of the distribution system with radiators -Application of thermostatic heating valves, shut-off valves and automatic vents on verticals – reconstruction of heating systems (including replacement and connection of heat source) ventilation and air conditioning systems, application of weather control and building management systems 5. Temporary works – excavations, scaffolding, garbage removal III. Receipt of works and final audit. A detailed description and parameters can be found in Part Q and in the Annex ‘TERMO undertakings’.
