When developing improvements for the above mentioned facilities, the requirements contained in the “Method for the preparation of energy audits for buildings subject to deep energy modernisation under the Regional Operational Programme of the Małopolska Voivodship 2014-2020 and calculation of the ecological effect” were applied. According to the above, variants have been selected that correspond to the heat transfer coefficients for UOK windows according to WT2021, for UOK doors according to WT2021. In the case of insulation layer thickness, the thickness at which maximum Ucmax value is met according to the requirements of techn WT2021 is selected. The use of these solutions will achieve an improvement of the energy effect at the level of 54.12 % on the project scale. In addition, the project will achieve an annual decrease in greenhouse gases of 54.27 % and a reduction in dust emissions (PM10, PM 2.5) of 7.79 % (Table 5 in Chapter 3 of the methodology). Thanks to these actions, it will be possible to: reduce heating costs, improve thermal comfort and aesthetics of buildings. The final result will be a reduction in the demand of buildings for thermal energy, which will reduce CO2 emissions and reduce the cost of building maintenance. In the long term, it will contribute to reducing environmental pressure. Heat-settling devices are installed in buildings – heat meters, as demonstrated in the energy audits in point 5.3. According to the recommendations, thermostats and upholstery valves will be installed in the energy audit. Detailed information on the characteristics of buildings is provided in Part Q of the application application.
