Energy modernisation of the School and Gymnasian Team building in Łomnica Zdrój in the commune Piwniczna -Zdrój

The project covers the building of the School Complex in Lomnica-Zdrój. In accordance with the energy audit carried out for the building, it was decided to include the following works on the project: 1. Wall warming, carpentry replacement: — Replacement of central heating system for a new installation with radiators equipped with thermostatic valves (including heads) and upholstery valves; — Warming of the external walls of light-wet technology, where the thickness of the insulation layer will be 20 cm.; — The warming attic with a layer of insulation of 18 cm thick, arranged on the ceiling of the attic. — Warming of the attic over the connector with a thickness of 20 cm; — Insulated insulation with a thickness of 25 cm; — Exchange of window joinery (not yet mentioned) into woodwork (from PVC, AL. profiles or wood) with total Umax = 1,10 W/(m2K); — Replacement of wooden external doors (formerly not mentioned) for doors (from PVC, aluminium or wood) with a total factor Umax=1,30 W/(m2K). — Exchange of steel external doors (formerly not mentioned) for doors (from PVC, aluminium or wood) with a total factor Umax = 1,30 W/(m2K), – Modernisation of the lux by replacing them with a carpentry (from PVC, AL. profiles or wood) with a total factor Umax=1.10 W/(m2K). The project shall be characterised by the following indicators: 1. % Energy Efficiency Improvement Value: 49,5 %; 2. Heat meters are used in the project; 3. The energy audit of the building indicates the necessity of introducing devices that maintain the specified tempo through active operation (thermostates) and/or regulators of pressure difference (sub-vertical valves). The above-mentioned devices were used in the project. 4. % CO2 reduction: 48,5 %; 5. % particulate emission reduction (PM 10 and PM 2,5): IT’S 49.5 %.
