The project consists of carrying out the necessary construction works and applying appropriate technological solutions to increase the energy efficiency of the buildings in the above schools. The project will carry out the following tasks: 1. Task 1: thermal modernisation works of the building of the Primary School No. 4 – Dz. 1.1: Thermal modernisation SP No 4 – insulation of external walls, roofing, warming of attic, reconstruction of boiler room, demolition of technical rooms and fuel composition located at the level of cellars, renovation of water and sewerage system. Dz. 1.2: overhaul of central heating system – replacement of central heating system for steel hoses and rib radiators for plate radiators with thermostatic valves and installation of underpipe valves – Dz. 1.3: refurbishment of electrical installations – Dz. 1.4 replacement of window and door carpentry (ineligible cost) 2. Task 2: thermal modernisation works of the Junior High School No. 3 – Dz. 2.1: Thermal modernisation of the GIM building No. 3 – insulation of external walls, warming of attic, roof construction, new boiler room, renovation of water and sewerage system. Dz. 2.2: overhaul of central heating system – replacement of radiators for plates, with thermostatic valves and installation of upholstery valves. Dz. 2.3: refurbishment of electrical installations – Dz. 2.4 replacement of window and door carpentry, staircases and roofs (ineligible cost) 3. Task 3 – implementation of gas connection with the construction of an underground gas tank for primary school no. 4 and Junior High School No. 3 In the project: — 2 public buildings will be upgraded – we will achieve an energy efficiency improvement of 80.47 % – thermostatic valves with double regulation will be applied, sub-vertical valves, individual meters – annual CO2 decrease by 88.66 % – there will be a reduction in dust emissions (PM 10 and PM 2.5) by 99.96 % (PM10) and 99.96 % (PM2.5). The expenditure in the project will be construction expenditure.
