The project plans to finance the replacement of 204 coal boilers, the installation of 200 gas boilers, 4 biomass boilers, the installation of 1 solar collectors.The condition of the grant will be to subject the building to an energy audit, which will indicate whether there is a need to undergo energy modernisation. The obligation of inhabitant to meet the requirements of thermomodernisation will be conditional on the replacement of a non-organic source of heating of the building. It is not possible and it will not be possible to connect to the heating network during the period of implementation of the programme, i.e. until 2023 to the extent described in the project. The applicant does not have and does not plan to prepare a cover programme for persons who bear the increased heating costs of the premises related to the permanent change of the heating system in the area covered by the project. The municipality of Wolbrom is classified as areas where corrective action is necessary to remove old low-efficiency heating equipment and is specified in the current Air Protection Programme for the Lesser Poland Voivodship POP, which is annexed to resolution No. 1 to Resolution No. XLII66213 of the Małopolskie Voivodeship Sejm of 30.09.2013; The project is included in the PGN for the Wolbrom commune. The PGN identified the problem areas identified in the project.
