Actions will promote environmentally friendly attitudes and a sense of responsibility for the state of the environment. Promotional and educational information activities are foreseen in the scope of: saving natural resources; reductions in low emissions; improving energy efficiency. 5. It is planned to prepare a cover programme in the form of a real estate tax exemption for a minimum period of 5 years for people permanently liquidating old boilers.6.
