The Red Court building is located on the street. Kasprusie 27 in Zakopane is entered in the Małopolska Provincial Register of Real Monuments A115M from 10.10.2007r. The scope of the project includes construction and maintenance work in the building and in the area around the Red Court. The project also includes expenses related to furnishing the modernised facility with furniture, equipment necessary for the efficient conduct of activities in the field of functions located in the building.The project includes three main investment tasks and two non-investment tasks, project management and preparatory costs. The investment tasks are: Renovation of the interior of the building, Reconstruction of the external area around the building, Purchase and installation of interior furnishings of the building.In the scope of works within the building can be distinguished activities in the area of demolition of parts of walls, ceilings, stairs in cellars, on the ground floor and in the attic. The foundations of the building will also be strengthened. Another element is the assembly of new building elements on individual floors: walls, ceilings, stairs, security stairs. The works will also include replacement of door and window carpentry as well as maintenance work on painting, cleaning and impregnating existing elements of the internal construction structure. Work related directly to the building will also be related to the replacement of parts of the roof structure and roof covering in areas damaged or damaged. Maintenance will be carried out on the remaining in decent technical condition of the roof. The task will also include maintenance of the facade of the building, as well as the installation of a new and improved part of the existing sanitary and electrical installations.
