The object of the project is construction, conservation, restoration and protection against destruction of 2 station buildings (main building (BG) and BP clinic building), which will account for more than 60 % of the total eligible expenditure of the project. As a result, the station buildings will be restored and adapted to new cultural and economic functions. The project will create two tasks – Task 1 on the restoration of BG and Task 2 concerning the restoration of BP. The eligible costs will be those which relate to the area of the station buildings dedicated to cultural purposes, i.e. the entire 890.20 m² clinic building and the part of the main station building (antressola and mediate) with a total area of 875,70 m². Restoration of business space will be an ineligible cost of the project. In addition, the ineligible cost of the project will also be the equipment of the premises. The methodology for the division of the area is set out in point Q. In Task 1 there will be both eligible and ineligible costs for the same type of expenditure, according to the percentage of areas (44 % for cultural and 56 % by economic ineligible) which have been included in the separate actions. In each task we will find the following actions: DEMOLITION ROBOTS, ROB. CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION, ROB. CONSTRUCTION FINISHING, ROB. Demolition INSTALACTIONS, ELECTRIC INSTALATIES, SANITARIC INSTALACATIONS, WINDY, Pavement (CIG) Walkways, Geodesic SERVICES, INVESTORS INVESTMENTS In BG there will be cash registers, waiting rooms, retail services and catering services, as well as media and mezzanine with an exhibition about railways. BP will include tourist and cultural information, club hall and exhibition space of works by contemporary Zakopane artists and the most famous artists associated with the Tatras and Zakopane. The scope of the project is based on the detailed conservation programme (SPK) and the construction cost estimate.
