The subject of the project is the construction of the Karczma lookout on the site of the existing SN Havrevan in Jurgow. It is located on the hill of the Hills. The building is based on the plan of three interconnected rectangles, inspired by a shepherd’s hut and economic buildings. The building, designed on the slope, fits harmoniously into the surroundings.The inn will be a service building, which can accommodate about 70 people, calculated on the basis of the maximum number of consumer spaces occupied at the same time. The basement is a built-in garage, which will accommodate two parking spaces for ratraki with entrance through the rolled segment gate. The ground floor was designed for a consumer room with the main entrance to the building on the southeast side. The ground floor also includes a bar, kitchen facilities, warehouse and social facilities for employees. The floor was designed for the service of the lift, ski school, TOPR rescuers, social facilities and toilets. The rescue room at the top of the slope will allow for quick and free access in case of rescue action.There are also designed meeting rooms and cabinets, which can accommodate about 20 people, for meetings and training. Communication between floors will be provided by an independent staircase. The building is designed with internal systems of Wodkan, electric, mechanical ventilation, low voltage connections, sewerage, water supply and construction equipment access, access, exit, exit. From the southwest, a viewing terrace has been designed, on which tired tourists will be able to enjoy sunbathing and at the same time admire the beautiful panorama of the Bielski Tatras.Finishing of the building is natural materials referring to the local construction tradition of the region and the architectural detail characteristic of the region.
