Adaptation of the building on plot 173/8 in Sękowa to the Regional Chamber of culinary memory

The subject of the project is the adaptation (understood in the application as a conversion) of the building located in Sękowa to a tourist facility, which is the Regional Chamber of Culinar Remembrance. This will be possible through the implementation of investment activities, enabling the presentation of the region’s culinary achievements (rules, expositions, website) and for the implementation of soft activities (food courses in the field of traditional and regional dishes, meetings of local groups cultivating traditional values). There are two tasks to be carried out in kind: 1.Adapting the existing building to the Regional Chamber of Culinary Remembrance: 5 103 762,00 PLN; 2.Promotion of the project: 23 370,00 PLN (gross). A detailed description is given in point C.2.3. The architectural, technological and technical solutions adopted in the project will allow the effective implementation of the investment and the elimination of problems under point.1. Demolition works, replacement of roof coverings, floors, windows, ceiling repair, installation, so that the space of the area is possible. 200 people and good conditions. All works will comply with the applicable standards. The applicant will seek to choose sustainable energy-efficient solutions. The facility will be available throughout the year regardless of weather conditions. In the vicinity is the Voivodeship Route 977 and the bus stop. Thus, there is at least one form of public public transport providing access to the project’s effects location. The project also plans for adequate parking infrastructure in the immediate surroundings. The solutions adopted in the draft are in line with best practice in the field. The project presents an optimal quality-to-price ratio. A number of stakeholders were interviewed to assess the planned tasks.
