The subject of the project is to create a new tourist offer of the City of Nowy Targ based on existing landscape assets and the development of recreational areas. Due to the nature and type of effects, the project can be divided into 2 components:1. Creation and development of a new tourist and recreational offer development and maintenance of the existing recreational resources of the City i.e. cross-country ski slopes located in its southern areas of the Red Bór, Kombinacki Bór, airport. As part of this element of the project, it is planned to purchase a multifunctional tractor, a cutter with an attachment for cross-country tracks, a slab for running tracks, a snow cannon with instrumentation.The direct effect of this element of the project will be to decouple the functioning of existing running routes from adverse weather conditions, i.e. lack of snow cover. As part of this element, it is planned to create an additional gear loop in the vicinity of the airport and Boru Red to enrich the existing offer. Thanks to this, cross-country ski runs will operate for a minimum period of 5 months a year.Access to the Bór route on Red Street from ul. The construction of a new tourist infrastructure, i.e. a lookout tower and a viewing terrace, which will constitute a new tourist offer and complement and diversify the existing tourist infrastructure, i.e. ski stations on Long Polan and the Branch and tourist trails leading to Turbacz. The task is expected to increase the attractiveness of tourist resources located in the northern areas of the City and thus increase the number of tourists.
