The subject of the project is the extension of the Lwigród Centre in Krynica – Zdrój to include a building that houses a natural medicine plant with a mineral water pool. The investment task includes the execution of demolition works, construction works, finishing works, construction of the pool with water treatment technology, purchase and assembly of the elevator, carrying out works related to land development, construction of sanitary and electrical installations and delivery of medical devices. As part of the project promotion, an information and commemorative plaque will be placed on the site of the investment. As regards project management, remuneration costs are foreseen for the project coordinator and financial specialist. Technical details of the building to be designed: I'm sorry. — 761,51 m² Wys. — 10.15 m long. — 31.44 m Szer. — 23,90 m Kubat. — 5313.53 m³ The project aims to broaden the offer of the sanatorium, taking into account the potential of the spa, which are local mineral waters. The adopted concept will develop and complement the region’s tourist offer with a pool with soak and contribute to an increase in employment. After the implementation of the project, an additional 6 posts will be created in the centre, as described in point. C.3.4 of the proposal. The newly designed building will be constructed in traditional technology, more generally in the point. C.2.3 and will refer to existing sanatorium facilities. The architectural, technical and technological solutions proposed in the documentation comply with the applicable standards and regulations of building law and technical knowledge. Moreover, the projects adopted for sanitary and electrical installations represent a high degree of energy efficiency. On the other hand, the purchased materials will guarantee a high quality level, and the prices specified in the estimate are consistent with the local market. The applicant has not started investment work on the day of submission of the application, but has a construction project and a valid construction permit.
