The object is to carry out the following tasks: 1) Development of the Nakła area for recreational and tourism purposes – creation of so-called. Cellar Błonia: IT’S 1.1. Development of Nakła – Structure of walking and running track; — Installation of benches and trash cans; — Construction of the pumptrack; — Construction of a workout street device; IT’S 1.2. Development of the site after the former municipal plant: — hardening of the square with paving paving; — Building lighting in the form of a lighthouse; — Installation of benches and trash cans; — Construction of a sanitary facility providing adequate service for the investment in question and adjacent to the investment area; — Production of media connections (water supply network, sewage network, electricity grid) enabling proper functioning of sanitary facilities and equipment requiring electricity (e.g. sound system) related to the planned method of land development (organisation of mass events); IT’S 1.3. The development of the cholera cemetery through the construction of a low fence around the cemetery area together with the construction of an information board containing data on the history of the cemetery; 2) Construction of a foot and bicycle footbridge connecting the area of Nakła with ul. Kosciuszko: IT’S 2.1. Construction of a foot and bicycle footbridge – Construction of a foot and bicycle footbridge across the Poprad River; — Reconstruction of the junction with Kościuszki Street – connection of the bridge with the existing road network; — Construction of intersection lighting and footbridge; IT’S 2.2.
