Creation of a recreational and tourist complex in the municipality of Mucharz, surrounded by the water reservoir Świnna Poręba.

The planned investment was carefully designed and prepared for implementation by the owner of the company. The aim of the planned activities is to develop areas adjacent to the emerging Mucharskie Lake and enrich the recreational offer in the region. The investment will include the construction of two facilities and the adaptation of adjacent areas to the needs of the recreation centre. The planned buildings are a tourist service facility consisting of two levels in which, according to the project, will include: rental of tourist equipment with tourist information and facilities, and in the attic a hall for relaxation and entertainment exercises. The second building is a tavern catering facility, together with observation decks entering the fish pond, which is a fish fishery connected by an artificial stream with a smaller mesh. In addition, the complex will create a year-round swimming pool with access to the recreational complex, including saunas, Russian banya, relaxation beach, playground and mini buffet. As part of the development of project assumptions and technical documentation for the project, the formula of the urban architectural competition was not carried out. The applicant consulted several design offices and selected the most interesting proposal. For the designed buildings, parking spaces for cars were designed and included in the projects. There is currently no tourist base in the region to meet the expectations of the public. Through its project, the applicant will propose a new quality of service and, above all, implement services that drive the development of the region. Due to the limited number of characters, all technical parameters are presented in Part Q of the application. In addition to the construction of the facilities, the necessary equipment for the implementation of services to the market will be purchased. The investment is planned to start in the third quarter of 2017 and the completion date is second quarter of 2020.
