The subject of the investment task is to expand the regional road DW 957, as a one-way, 2-pass road road. The investment is located in southern Poland, in Małopolskie Voivodship, in the districts of Nowytarskie and Suskie. The total length of the planned route is about 10.18 km. In addition to the expansion of DW 957, it is planned to build 5 engineering facilities on watercourses crossing with the voivodeship road, construction/reconstruction of pavements, bus bays with platforms, construction of sewage systems. Basic technical parameters of the road after reconstruction: — technical class: G – load: 115 kN/axis – movement category: KR 3 – lane width: from 3.00 m to 3.50 m – width of the road: from 6,00 m to 7,00 m – number of roadways: 1 – bilateral sideways of a width of 1.25 m or greater, if necessary to locate BRD equipment – width of the pavement at the edge of the road 2.0 m – dehydration along with drainage to receivers Road DW 957 should be designed on an existing track, taking into account the road runway and the existing development of the road lane and adjacent area. The route covered by the project should coincide with the axis of the existing road. Horizontal arcs will be regulated in the situation plan. The project uses solutions to increase the safety of traffic users: — illuminated vertical signs C-9 with hybrid power, – additional lighting for pedestrians with hybrid power, – active marking U-3, – road lighting in the area of bus bays, – horizontal thick-layer chemoutard markings.
