The object of the investment task is the construction of the bypass of Waksmund, Ostrowska and Łopuszna during the DW 969. The investment is located in southern Poland, in Małopolskie Voivodeship, in Novottarsk district. The total length of the planned route is 6840 m. The circumference has a single-lane cross-section with two lanes wide. 3.5 m. The beginning of the section is the intersection with the DK 49 road in the district of Nowy Targ. The end is the inclusion in the existing trace of DW 969 in Harklow. The route runs partly through areas of high landscape value and in areas of natural value that circumvent the forest areas of Czerwonka and Priests Bór to the north, the forest area of Brzezie to the north. Bielska – km 5+ 439.94 – inclusion of the existing DW969 – km 6 + 704.87 Provisions for the execution of walkways by wide. 2 m (at junctions), this solution will increase the safety of all traffic participants (speakers, cyclists and drivers). This investment provides for non-standard solutions: construction of service roads. Their initial length on both sides of the ring road is approx.10.5 km. The introduction of service roads will reduce accidents and improve road safety. In addition, traffic safety devices will be used – selection of upper-class barriers (impact intensity “A”). The horizontal marking will be made as thick-layer chemical-curing, illumination with the use of energy-saving LED devices.
