The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and more who are unemployed in the Kraków County. The main result of the project will be the employment of project participants at the level of: persons over 50 years of age. — at least 33 %; (35 % in 2015)(b) low-skilled, at least 38 %; (40 % in 2015)(c) long-term unemployed – at least 30 %. (35 % in 2015)(d) persons with disabilities – at least 33 % e) women 39 % The project will support people aged 30 years and above who are eligible for assistance profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the UPPK will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The actions set out in the project are aimed primarily at acquiring qualifications, shaping the skills (professional and interpersonal) of participants and acquiring their professional experience. In addition, the potential of people aged 30 and above to develop entrepreneurship in the local market and in the region will be exploited. On the other hand, training will be aimed at acquiring, changing or supplementing the professional qualifications of project participants. As part of the project, participants will be covered by job placement services and individually dedicated professional guidance services. The project is a response to the challenges of the Europe 2020 Strategy and supports and promotes employment or self-employment of residents of the Kraków County through planned project activities.
