The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 years and more who are unemployed in the Kraków County, as well as to increase the level of employment especially among the most disadvantaged people on the labour market i.e. people over the age of 50 long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, low-skilled people and women. The main result of the project will be the employment of project participants at the level of: persons over 50 years old, the low-skilled, the long-term unemployed, the persons with disabilities, women at least 42 %, (b) under the conditions laid down in the SZOOP unemployed men who have not been qualified in any of the abovementioned groups – at least – 52 %. The project will support persons aged 30 years and over registered in pups qualified for I or II pp (in the Employment Promotion Act (...)) and belonging to at least one of the following groups: I'm sorry. 50 years old, unemployed, disabled, low-skilled, women. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activating incl. will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the UPPK will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Employment Promotion Act (...). As part of the project, participants will be covered by job placement services and individually dedicated professional guidance services. The actions set up in the project are aimed primarily at acquiring qualifications, shaping the skills (incl. and interpersonal) of participants and acquiring, acquiring, changing or supplementing professional qualifications. In addition, the potential of individuals at the age of 30 and above will be used for local development and activity.
