The main objective of the project “I am active – a project for socio-professional activation in the commune of Chełmiec” is to increase the socio-professional activity of the inhabitants of Chełmiec commune. The target group of the project is 60 people, about 70 % of women and about 30 % of men living in Chełmiec, who are GOPS customers in Chełmec at risk of poverty or social exclusion. These are people who, in particular, require social activation, including persons experiencing multiple social exclusion, persons benefiting from OPs and persons with disabilities. The project will include 60 social contracts, each of which will be included in active inclusion services. After the recruitment period, each participant in the project will be subject to an individual diagnosis on the basis of which a path of reintegration will be created. Individual diagnosis will be carried out by a social worker and psychologist, so the support will be comprehensive, designed for each participant in the project. As part of the reintegration path, a catalogue of activation instruments of a professional and educational nature will be used in the form of e.g. trainings, workshops with a psychologist, individual consultations with specialists, professional courses, traineeships. The implementation of the project will help achieve results in the field of social and professional activation of project participants by, among others, acquiring new social skills, improving qualifications and taking up employment.
