Project titled Małopolska guarantees for socio-occupational activity, which will be implemented in the years 2018 2020 aim to counter socio-occupational exclusion and marginalisation of 300 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the Lesser Poland Voivodship by creating an effective system of social and professional reintegration enabling them to improve and strengthen their employability so that they participate equally with the majority of society in their family, social and professional life. The project will cover the whole of Małopolska, and in order to better reach and then comprehensive implementation of the planned forms of support, 3 workshops will be created in Krakow, Nowy Sącz and Tarnów, which are an area of social and professional integration for the participants of the project. The project will use two models of support:1.A model of support for people who are unemployed by volunteers developed within the framework of the system project of Małopolska Voivodship 50 mature, needed, competent2.A model developed under the EQAL initiative on the working method of the Supported Employment Trainer.The implementation of the project will contribute to an increase in socio-employment activity in at least 34 participants and employability for project participants will reach a minimum of 22.
