The project has been implemented since 01.01. 2018 to 31.12.2020 The PDW will be set up at the Przemsza LAG, with the scope of the municipality of Wolbrom, covering 180 children and young people and at least 126 of their parents, who are experiencing difficulties in fulfilling their care functions. The goal is to improve the social and emotional function of children and young people and their parents. The objective will be achieved through the creation of a PDW, which will continue to function for 3 years after the end of the project. As part of the project. 100 children will go through a diagnosis of needs and, on the basis of the Individual Development Plan, will receive support in the form of care activities, i.e. assistance in learning, play, sport and care and development activities from arts, through foreign languages and IT training to assertiveness and entrepreneurship. In addition, there will be joint departures and excursions. In accordance with the diagnosis of needs, UP will also receive support in a specialised form. In addition, parents will be included in the PDW, who will be able to complete their parents’ school, family therapy and co-create the institution.
