County Centre for Vocational Competence

The project will consist of the creation of the District Centre for Vocational Competence (PCKZ). The PCKZ in the mechanical and mining industry with a complementary construction industry, which will function on the basis of the Centre for Vocational Education and Excellence in Szczucina, will focus on support for young people and school staff, giving them the opportunity to acquire additional qualifications and skills, and to develop the offer of schools in the field of creating a model placement in cooperation with entrepreneurs. The project “PCKZ” will serve to create the CKZ, which will consist of: Poviat Centre for Education and Vocational Competence in Szczucin, the Overgymnasian Schools Complex in Brno and the High Schools Team No. 2 in Dąbrowa Tarnów. The project will contribute to the development of vocational and continuing training in the District of Dąbrowski. The project will be supported by pupils studying in vocational schools and educational establishments for which the governing body is Powiat Dąbrowski, vocational training teachers in these schools and willing students of vocational schools Woj. Of Małopolska. It is planned to support school pupils for young people in the form of additional courses/training opportunities to supplement skills and qualifications, support in the form of traineeships, placements of professional visits enabling pupils to acquire skills and professional experience, support in the form of scholarships for gifted pupils aimed at improving educational outcomes, professional activities and support of vocational school staff. In addition, the project plans to equip schools and vocational training establishments of the CKZ with techno-didact equipment that ensures the highest educational standards.
