The subject of the project is the reconstruction and adaptation of degraded objects and spaces in order to restore and give them new social, cultural and recreational functions. The project intervention area is located in the immediate vicinity of the degraded area. It consists of: the park and the area directly adjacent to it. The total area of the investment is 9.7 ha.The effect of the revitalisation process will be the re-use of the site and the creation of zones with different functions: social, cultural, recreational and touristic. There will be: infrastructure for communication, including access roads with car parks, park alleys with lighting, elements of small architecture, amphitheater, park pavilion, playgrounds for children with equipment, gymnastics loop equipped with exercise elements, water playground as an entrance area with a manoeuvring area and communication stops. The amphitheater is planned to be modernised as a newly formed reinforced concrete ground formation with a blended audience divided into three main sectors, a field observation staircase, a stage with a back-up facility and a block of toilets for amphitheatre and park users, a holistic roof with a foreground in the form of a cradle steel structure, covered with a membrane. The layout of the audience is a composition of one central and two side stands, located around the stage. The rows of the audience appear at equal intervals modeled in a classic amphitheatral way. The amphitheater, together with the elements of small architecture designed within the park, is an architecturally coherent solution, created in the spirit of the solution chosen in the field development competition. It contains proprietary design solutions dedicated to this space. The whole layout will be inscribed into the park green area. The solution has high aesthetic and functional values as well as innovative subregional solutions. Materials of good quality are to be implemented. As such, it provides a good price-to-quality relationship
