Cluster of Socio-Economic Innovations Zabłocie 20.22 Reconstruction with a change of use of existing post-industrial facilities in Krakow at ul. Mud 20-22

The scope of the project, according to the PFU, includes the conversion and conversion of the use of two existing degraded warehouse buildings for the purpose of the project: Cluster of Socio-Economic Innovations Zabłocie 20.22. Both post-industrial warehouse facilities will be adapted to perform office functions as a dominant, service and warehouse, as a complementary one, will be equipped with the necessary internal installations. 0,92 ha, usable area: 0,60 ha, in addition on a surface area. 0.84 ha is expected to implement pedestrians for buildings and greenery, parking for approx. 120 seats, reconstruction of the access road with a maneuvering area with a total usable area approx. 0.37 ha.The project includes the necessary design works, including the development of an architectural concept, a construction project together with a part of the project documentation to the extent necessary for the decision on the construction permit, execution projects, construction works for pre-industrial construction works, construction works, installation works, finishing works with the development of the site and the construction of ancillary facilities, investor supervision, indirect costs including the costs of information, promotion and project management. The project is implemented in a design and build mode.As a result of the investment in the above objects, Shared Space will be created shared, functionally and spatially flexible, divided into zones: entrepreneurship, creative, social, urban, integration, technical and administrative innovation. Buildings will be characterised by high energy efficiency, including adequate thermal insulation of partitions, the use of energy-saving systems and BMS control systems.Accessibility for people with disabilities will be ensured by applying universal design principles. The project is characterised by a high level of technical, functional and energy efficiency, optimal price-quality ratio, financial efficiency.
