The project involves the construction of a single cultural infrastr. facility with land development in the area covered by the revitalisation programme. The project is a response, among others, to the problem of insufficient use of leisure time for children and young people, low activity and social inclusion. The project’s material scope includes:1 Construction of the Rural Culture House with internal waterkan.C.O.gas, electrical energy, teletech. mechanical ventilation and air conditioning. 2 Land management including the construction of pavements and paved areas and parking spaces;3 Construction of technical infrastructure including the construction of a watertight sanitary reservoir, the construction of fire-fighting tanks; 4 Construction of land lighting.The tasks planned to be implemented within the framework of the project: 1. Development of technical documentation of the project.2. Preparation of financial and economic analysis.3. Execution of construction works. 4. Project management.5. Promotion of the project. Investment area: plot No. 3173 is 1.11 ha. The area covered by the revitalisation is 1.027 ha. The building was designed as a two-storey building. The solutions adopted in the project are in accordance with best practice, contain innovative, energy-efficient technologies.The whole of the facility is available for people with dysfunctions. Due to the location of the project in the area covered by conservation protection, solutions have been adopted in the area of facade, land management, meeting requirements of the Conservator of Historic Monuments, etc.The project does not require a decision on environmental conditions, will not cause any negative impact on the environment, and does not have an impact on the needs of the departments.
