The subject of the project is the construction of the building of the Rural Culture House with the abovementioned installation of gas, water, sanit. sewerage, electric energy, water for fire purposes, the construction of connections of electricity, gas, water, sanitary sewerage and rainwater drainage to the Muszynka stream, reconstruction of a section of sanitary sewage system and the development of the area, together with the construction of an unqualified garage for here. TSOs the proportion of eligible costs and non-equivalents: 87.40 to 12,60.As a result, a building will be built. 24,92 x 19,90 m, overhead of 316,50 m² and usable area of 270,03 m². The area of the driveway and parking places will be 264 m². The building will be a simple, compact solid, built on a plan similar to the letter L. The building is covered with a roof with a drop of the main roof sections of the take-out. It’s 22 degrees. It has one floor above ground, has no loft and cellars. The facility will be fully accessible to people with disabilities. The main entrance to the designed building is accessible from the ground level through the ramp for people with disabilities. There is a paved access to the building with a ramp for disabled people. At the building there are 5 parking spaces for passenger cars, including one for the disabled person, parking spaces made of paving stones, in front of the building are designed to consolidate the area and use greenery.The aim of the project is to increase the standard, attractiveness and accessibility of meeting spaces for residents of the area considered degraded in the area of Muszynka, and thus to integrate the residents, increase social ties and increase the sense of local identity and satisfaction from the place. The building will serve as the Village Culture House, at the same time it will be used as an Environmental Sightseeing, while the garage located in the building will be used for the needs of local OSP.
