Revitalisation of the city of Slomniki through investments in social and economic infrastructure

The object of the project is to give new functions to the post-industrial area located on plot 492/1 in Słomniki. Revitalisation activities will be carried out at the site temporarily used by the Municipal and Housing Management Department in Slomniki. Construction works will be carried out on the plot consisting of particular of: — demolition of warehouse facilities and garage worlds – redevelopment of administrative and service building and garage shelter. As part of the planned extension, the existing use of the building will be extended to include: admin.-office, education, education and service. The reconstructed facility will be used for economic activity (DZG) for payment. The ground floor and first floor area of 432.45 m² are provided for the DZG. The rooms on the second floor will be designed for the Municipal Social Welfare Centre (379.32 m²), day support facilities (89.52 m²) and non-governmental organisations, i.e. associations not operating for profit (107 m²). The area for social purposes is 575.84 m². Common space for the whole building (corridors, toilet, boiler room, staircase, window window, service rooms) is 484.15 m². The building will be equipped with electrical equipment, water-channel and central heating room for the entire building, in which 1 boilers will be located for the needs of central heating and central heating. Rooms in the expanded part will also be equipped with mechanical ventilation and air conditioning. Car parks and transport lines will be equipped with lighting, teletechnical installations with monitoring and rain drainage. Luminaires (energy-saving in LED technology) will be placed on the poles together with the camera system for monitoring. Within the car parks there are planned terminals for charging electric cars – freestanding, two-storey 22 kW. The basic equipment of the confection room and office room will be purchased
