The project concerns the armament of isolated oil investment areas into a water and sewerage network, including rain drainage, and the construction of an internal road. As a result of the project, a water and sewerage network will be built supplying water and draining waste water in the amount required by potential entrepreneurs. The area shall be armed with the registration parcels numbered: 211/5, 211/6, 211/7, 211/8, 211/9 (Olesno – city registration unit, Olesno area), incorporated into the Katowice Special Economic Zone, owned by the Municipality of Olesno. As a result of the project, an area of 9.7833 ha will be armed. 6 companies will be located on the site (all of them will be sold to SMEs) where 50 new jobs will be created. The project will be implemented in two stages: — in the first stage a network of rainwater drainage from ul. Biskupicka to ul. Sienkiewicza, in order to provide conditions for draining rain and melt waters from the drainage of Biskupicka Street and to escort them to the receiver (Młynówka channel) – for the purpose of solving the problem of draining rainwater from the investment areas covered by the project, – in the second stage it is planned to build an internal road to the street.
