The project is a partnership project implemented by 13 local government units and is integrated in character. It will include a deep thermal modernisation of 16 public utility buildings located in the area of the Kędzierzyn-Strzelec Subregion, including one historic object – the building of the Social Assistance Centre in Strzelce Opolskie, located in Szymiszów, on ul. Shooting 2, entered in the register of monuments of the Opole Voivodeship under the number: 1047/65 on 25.06.1965, protected by conservation. The scope of planned thermal retrofitting works has been determined on the basis of energy audits carried out and includes, among others: • construction works related to the warming of vertical and horizontal partitions of buildings, • replacement of window and door carpentry • replacement and modernisation of central heating systems, exchange of heat sources for energy efficiency, including installation of renewable energy sources – heat pumps, • replacement and modernisation of systems c. c. u. – including through the use of solar collectors and heat pumps, • installation of ACPA systems to optimise energy management, • installation or modernisation of ventilation systems, air conditioning and air conditioning systems. The project’s products will be: • Number of energy-efficient buildings: 16 pieces, • Number of built units of electricity generation from RES: 2 units • Number of built units of thermal energy from RES: 14 pcs, • Additional capacity to generate electricity from renewable sources: 0.0116 MWe, • Additional capacity to generate heat from renewable sources 0.82 MWt, • The usable area of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation: 30439,39 m².
