The subject of the project is to provide comprehensive training and advisory support for 75 people (including 38 women) over 29 years of age who are unemployed from the Opole Voivodship, including at least 68 people who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market. With the help of business advisors, 75 business plans will be created, and the result of their selection (permanence and feasibility of the idea) and the obtained grant in the Opolskie voivodship will create at least 50 enterprises, including 25 created by women. The activities created in the project will be carried out continuously for a minimum of 12 months, which will be supported by the possibility of obtaining additional substantive and financial assistance in the form of bridging support for enterprises created within the framework of the project. The need to implement the project results from the identified problem, which is the low level of professional activity of the population and the high number of people over the age of 29 who are unemployed in Opolskie Voivodship (detailed quantitative and qualitative data in this area are given in section 3.5). This is an important issue for people in particular difficulties on the labour market, including women, hence the project sets a measurable result indicator in this respect, i.e. 38 women (of which 25 will receive an investment grant) and 68 vulnerable people on the labour market, for whom, due to barriers to access to the labour market, their own business is sometimes the only way to work and work. The project also addresses the problems of the Opolskie Voivodship: — insufficient number of available labour market instruments aimed at creating new economic operators in relation to demand; — spatial diversification of the level of regional development (preferences for people living in rural areas with the most difficult development); — demographic (preferences for return migrants and Imig
