Cheerful Autumn of Life in Opole

The aim of the project is to increase the number of places to provide care services by creating 18 places to provide environmental care services (non-stationary) in the city of Opole. The project responds to the growing problem of population ageing and insufficient care support in the city of Opole. This objective will be achieved between 01.08.2017 and 31.12.2019. This objective will be achieved through 4 tasks: Task 1. Organisation of an environmental centre for the provision of care services and specialised care services at the place of residence of dependent persons; Task 2. Provision of care services and specialised care services for dependent persons at their place of residence; Task 3. Services supporting the work of carers and independent functioning of dependent persons. Task 4. Support of actual guardians. The project implements the type of projects covered by grants 1a) and 1e), 3a) and 3b) and 4. Target group: The project is addressed to two groups living in Opole: 1. People at risk of poverty or social exclusion – 70 dependants who will be covered by temporary care services (services at the place of residence of the person concerned). 2. The environment of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion – 20 genuine caregivers who will receive support to raise their competences/caring skills, including guidance on their powers. Main project indicators: 1. Number of sites supported in the programme for the provision of environmental social services existing after the completion of the project – target value: 18. 2. Percentage of actual carers who will highly assess the increase in their caring skills and support in the care process of ON – target value: IT’S 80 %. 3. Number of dependent persons covered by care services: It’s 70 people.
