The project activities are aimed at creating an additional 12 places of social and professional reintegration in the existing entity referred to in the Act of 13 June 2003 on social employment (Journal of Laws 2016 item 1828 as amended) run by the Social Cooperative “Parasol”. The project will cover12 people(11K,1M) unemployed for whom a third aid profile has been defined, with a minimum of secondary education, at risk of poverty, social exclusion or already excluded. In accordance with the provisions of the Social Employment Act for Participants, within the framework of the professional reintegration path, a workshop “The Senior Career” will be carried out, which will at the same time result in the acquisition of K1MS qualifications by our participants immediately after passing the state examination.07. Provision of care and support services to the elderly. Professional reintegration takes place 4 times a week under the supervision of an instructor. As part of social reintegration, participants will be supported by specialists, i.e. psychologist, professional adviser, legal adviser and addiction therapist, as well as organised integration trip – the place will be selected by the participants after consultation with specialists.In addition, each participant will be covered by health insurance and insurance of the IUU, will receive a package necessary for the implementation of the professional workshop, including disposable gloves, protective apron, antibacterial gels, etc. This project responds to the problems and needs of the target group, diagnosed during the applicant’s multi-annual activities in the area of poverty and social exclusion. The applied active inclusion services will be addressed to people for whom previously dedicated forms of activation have proved ineffective.The applicant will provide care for children up to the age of 3 for those who have such a premise.
