The subject of the project Opportunities for Success in the Centre for Social Integration in Nysa will be the creation of 10 places of social and professional reintegration in the existing entity run by the Social Cooperative “Parasol”. The project supports 10 people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, the unemployed, who have identified the third aid profile. The planned comprehensive service in the form of an individually planned reintegration path for each participant contributes significantly to the readiness to employ these people, together with ensuring the sustainability of the results. This project responds to the problems and needs of the target group, diagnosed during the applicant’s multi-annual activities in the area of poverty and social exclusion. The active inclusion services used will be addressed to people for whom previously dedicated forms of activation have proved ineffective. The project aims to reduce the social exclusion of the target group by eliminating and/or mitigating the problems that determine this phenomenon. Through the feasibility of implementing the planned actions, their funding will contribute to the professionalisation of the applicant’s activities in this area, increase the potential to mobilise its resources and ensure sustainability by creating new jobs for people who are particularly difficult to return to the labour market due to accompanying deficits in the area of social functioning
