Modern education in Kluczbork

As part of the implementation of the project in the period 15.10.2018-15.12.2019, key competences necessary in the labour market of pupils and primary school pupils will be raised: No. 1, 2, 5 in Kluczbork and in glass on the ter. communes in the villages: Farts, Rich, Kujakowice D. and Kuniów. According to existing educational guidelines, our students will develop their skills in mathematics, ICT, natural sciences and English, as well as universal skills related to creative problem solving, innovation and strategy of working in the group. The forms of support planned in the project correspond closely to the diagnosed needs and challenges of modern times. Teaching courses in mathematics and languages, strengthening interest in mathematics and English, trainings developing the skills of students in the field of nature (in non-learly and extra-school forms) and the implementation of school staff to use ICT, and in particular the e-book, as a modern form in pre-school and foreign education will ensure that the expected progress is achieved. By purchasing the equipment of an inter-school natural laboratory, nature teaching will be thoroughly modernised, based on the method of experimentation, research and experience, and the installation of modern network infrastructure and the purchase of ICT equipment will enable implementation of the principles of digital education. At the same time, the focus of the project is on supporting pupils and pupils with special educational needs and disadvantaged ones. Individualisation of work with pupils, adapting requirements, methods and forms of work, including specialised ped.-psychological assistance will help achieve greater social cohesion and equal opportunities in future competition on the labour market. The project’s support to teachers is strictly dependent on the needs of the pupils and, as a result, is intended to translate into a better situation for the student. The acquisition of additional competences by teachers results from the diagnosed needs of the schools covered by the project.
