Developing competences key pathways to success in the Nysa Commune

The main objective of the project is to increase the competences of key 100 % of students participating in the project i.e. 1026 pupils (483 dz. and 543ch.) including 390 students (161dz,229ch) with special educational needs and raising professional competences 100 % of teachers i.e.159 n-li (138 women, 21 men) from schools covered by the project from the municipality of Nysa i.e. SP in ZSP in Biała Nyska, SP no 1 in Nysa, SP in ZSP in Niwnica, SP No 3 in Nysa, SP in ZSP in Goświnowice, SP in ZSP in Koperniki by 31.07.2020. The support will be covered by 1026 learners. (483dz, 543ch) and n-li 159 n-li (138 women, 21 men). The target group is students and teachers who learn, work and live in the Opole Voivodeship within the meaning of the KC regulations. The project tasks will be carried out from IX 2018 to VII 2020. The result indicators are the acquisition of key competences after leaving the programme by 100 % of pupils covered by the project: 1026 students (483 girls and 543 boys) and gaining competence after leaving the program by 159 n-li (138 women, 21 men). School problems were determined on the basis of a diagnosis carried out by school heads in III 2018 and approved by the Nysa Municipality. The main objective of the project is to increase the competences of key 100 % of students participating in the project i.e. 1026 students (483 girls and 543 boys). They concern diagnosed low competences of key pupils, under-equipment of natural science laboratories, complementing the professional competences of teachers. Additional and educational and equilibrium activities will be carried out, developing key competences of pupils, specialised activities for pupils with special educational needs and training for teachers. The school’s natural laboratories will be equipped with experimental equipment and teaching aids. The results achieved in the project will contribute to reducing equality barriers in the thematic area of intervention and the extent of the impact of the project.
