Implementation of the project will consist of additional organisation, raising competences including teachers and retrofitting of PLOs. The need to implement the project and its scope stem from the diagnosis by the PLO and the Municipal Educational Board in Nysa (GZO), approved by the leading body – the Municipality of Nysa (Gm.Nysa), on behalf of which the Mayor of Nysa (VI.2016). The problem is the unsatisfactory quality of pre-school education, a barrier to the development of the educational system of Gm.Nysa – limited financial resources. IT’S A PLO. The aim of the project is to ensure greater availability to the highest quality of educator in Gm.Nysa influencing the chances of educating children of pre-age age. The scope of the project includes: 1. extension of the offer of the PLO to cover additional equalising deficits (logorithmic, motor) and developing talents (research, creative), 2.improvement of skills and competences including teachers of the PLO to work with children of pre-age age. (postgraduate studies, including specialist pedagogy; courses/workshops/training), 3. adaptation and retrofitting of the existing pre-school upbringing infrastructure. (purchase of didactic aid). The project will be implemented in PLOs, requiring support, i.e. in all kindergartens (P.), whose host body is Gm.Nysa – 12 PLP: in Nysa no. 1, 5 – Integration, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12 with locals in Kępnica and Hajdukynyskie, 14 with order in Rusocino) and kindergartens operating within the school-preschools. (in Biała Nyska, Koperniki, Goświnowice z Odm. zam. w Radzikowice, Niwnica). The recipients will be: 1.PLP – 12, including 1integration; 2. children of the pre-age age attending these PLOs – 1020: 513 girls (DZ), 507 boys (CH); 3.Teachers working in PLO participating in the project. — 75 women(K), 0 men (M) – lack of full-time employment in the PLO, All participants – from rural areas, i.e. poorly populated areas. (Gm.Nysa-cat.3DEGURBA). Implementation in years of glass. 2017/18 and 2018/19 (according to the calendar of the school and academic year).
