The project concerns the implementation of additional activities for 524 children (280 ch and 244 dz) from the Olesno commune with 11 PLO, based on the diagnosis of all institutions. This is: 8 PP in rural areas in: Bodzanowice, Borki Małe, Borki Wielkie, Łowoszów, Sowczyce, Wachów, Wojciechów, Wysokiea and 3 urban PP: 3 with Integration Branch, No. 4 and one preschool branch at PSP No. 3 in Oleśno. The project is a continuation of the current project: “Education in kindergartens of Olesno commune opens the door to success”, which met with 100 % support from teachers, parents and children. Education will include the development of key competences, including: fun mathematics with coding, art meetings, general gymnastics, music therapy, as well as support for children with special educational needs. It is planned to finance postgraduate studies and training for teachers resulting from the diagnosis of the PLO. The project also provides for an increase in the working time of kindergartens, an average of 2 hours a day. In total, the project will be implemented 7.381.50 h. The main problems which solve the project are mainly the difficult access to high quality preschool education of children from the area of Olesno, including especially rural areas, insufficient number of classes in kindergarten raising key competences, insufficient number of additional classes equalising educational opportunities of children in the area of established deficits, including for children 3-4 years old school, having specific problems in learning, lack of education in the educational staff has a specific kindergarten education.
