The project addresses the problems of vocational training, including schools, pupils and teachers, resulting, among others, from demographic changes. Opolszczyzna is characterised by the highest depopulation indication in the country and there is also a significant outflow of young people, including those with qualifications. and professional skills (on the substst. The SSD programme). Taking measures to prevent and prevent depopulation processes is important in the context of eliminating the negative impacts of these processes, and one of the most important is educational activities related to vocational education, aimed at increasing the chances of young people to stay in the region by matching their competences and qualifying professions to the needs of the labour market. The project covers the support of 78 schools conducting vocational education. consisting of 54 schools, including from Opole region and will contribute to strengthening these schools by adapting their offer to the requirements of the labour market, strengthens knowledge, competences of pupils and teachers and links the entities of the community-gosp.(POSG) with schools of professions. The scope of the project is, among others, the implementation of 5000 internships and 3000 courses of competence. On the one hand, the project develops the assumptions of similar projects carried out so far, which is necessary to consolidate good practices and, on the other hand, goes beyond the established models, as it concretes and clarifies the model of cooperation between POSG and schools and HEST, which will continue after its completion as sine qua non, i.e. a necessary condition for the development of vocational training. Support for 6990 pupils and 150 nli will increase employability and retain future staff in the region.
