The project involves retrofitting and refurbishment of the General and Vascular Surgery Division PS ZOZ WCM in Opole. The analysis of the level of healthcare in the Opole region, based on maps of health needs shows the need to increase the availability of medical services and improve their quality, especially by supplementing their resources with specialised equipment and equipment. In addition, the results of the Applicant’s own research identified areas requiring support in order to properly carry out statutory tasks and to provide patients with a comfortable hospital stay. The purchase of new medical equipment and equipment is related to the need to replace the equipment used (the department was put into service on 01.03.1997), which is characterised by high failure and lack of spare parts. Equipment and apparatus will be intended exclusively for the treatment of civilisation diseases. Thanks to the reconstruction of the social and living facilities of patients, it will meet the requirements and standards provided for treatment wards. The object of the project is equipment and equipment that meet all requirements regarding functionalities and technical parameters in relation to their resources, so that together they will improve the efficiency and improvement of medical services on OCHOiN. The infrastructure developed, including the number and parameters of medical devices, is appropriate to the scope of healthcare services provided by the Applicant on OCHOiN.
